License-based isolation and role-based access control.
The data model guarantees that every customer can only see information from their own license. Built on privacy-by-design principles.
Multi-tenant isolation
Every device, geofence and trip belongs to a license. Scopes filter every database query.
Granular roles
Owner, license_admin and user. End users only access devices that were explicitly assigned to them.
2FA authentication
Second factor available for all panel accounts. Sanctum tokens for API integrations.
Device verification
Every GPS trace validates license and verification code before being persisted. Without valid credentials there are no writes.
Audit and observability
Security-event logging (logins, exports, AI usage) on a dedicated channel, plus an internal status page. Every alarm leaves an immutable record.
Data minimization
Only data needed for operation is stored. Retention is configurable based on the contracted plan.
OWASP hardening
Security headers (CSP, anti-clickjacking, MIME-sniffing), CORS restricted to known origins, and rate limiting against abuse and brute force.
Password policy
Minimum length and complexity, plus a check against known breaches (HaveIBeenPwned) in production.
AI with guardrails
AI analyses pass through an anti prompt-injection sanitizer and usage limits; client data is never exposed in the prompts.
